Emotion or 'energy in motion' is something that we are all blessed with. When such energy is directed in a positive way it inspires, enthuses and engages others. When used in a negative way can cause pain, suffering and ruin relationships.
This workshop will teach you techniques for managing emotions using tools from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) yoga and mindfulness.
We will teach you to 'mind the gap' between emotion and action and techniques for building tolerance into the future. You will practice harnessing those positive emotions and managing those negative ones so that you are always in the driving seat.
