E-Motion: Managing thought and emotion


Change, loss, conflict, stress- all big triggers of our emotions and if you don’t have strategies to manage your thoughts and emotions you can feel yourself getting overwhelmed very quickly . This 3 part virtual series (2hours at the same time every week hosted on the zoom platform), facilitated by Psychologist Samantha Tomkinson, will give people tools and techniques on how to manage thought and emotion. This will include facilitated discussion, theories on the neuroscience of thought and emotion, anxiety and stress, facilitated meditations, movement sessions and group discussions.
